Position Summary
The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct evaluations develop individualized treatment plans and provide engaging therapy services for children with a variety of speech language voice and fluency needs. Youll collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure strengths-based affirming and functional outcomes across daily environments.
Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to identify communication strengths and areas of need

Create and implement individualized neurodiversity-affirming therapy plans

Deliver play-based child-led speech-language therapy

Partner with caregivers educators and related professionals to support generalization of skills

Maintain clear timely and compliant documentation

Provide caregiver education on therapy goals and strategies to use at home

Participate in team meetings case reviews and professional development opportunities
What You Bring
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Current California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting each childs individuality
-
Comfort with flexible play-based therapy guided by the childs interests
-
Pediatric experience preferred but not required
-
Experience with AAC or apraxia treatment is a plus
