Flag mistranslations and unnatural or awkward phrasing
Suggest improvements to align with natural usage in Russia
Provide structured feedback on tone regional phrasing and linguistic quality
Maintain high reading speed and attention to detail

3. Ideal Qualifications

Native or near-native fluency in both Russian and English
Strong familiarity with Russian language usage in Russia
1 year of experience in translation editing or language quality assurance
Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills
High attention to linguistic and cultural nuance

5. Compensation & Contract Terms

$1525/hour depending on experience and geography
