Are you fluent in French and English and ready to dive into the world of Payment Solutions We are seeking enthusiastic customer-focused individuals to join our international team in Lisbon as a Payment Solutions Support Specialist. The Opportunity: Elevating Global Payment Experiences

As a core member of our support team you will be the expert voice for our payment solutions clients primarily serving the French market. Your mission will be to ensure smooth secure and efficient transaction experiences.

  • Key Duties: Provide best-in-class support for queries related to our payment products encompassing everything from technical troubleshooting and system navigation to resolving billing and transaction disputes. You will communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone email and live chat in both French and English.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a first-line troubleshooter quickly diagnosing issues with user accounts or payment processing flows and ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation to technical teams.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all interaction details and solutions within our internal platforms to contribute to our knowledge base.

What We Need From You

  • Language Mastery: Flawless proficiency in French (near-native or native level) and advanced professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory.
  • Documentation for Work: You must possess valid documentation permitting full-time employment in Portugal for a duration exceeding one year (e.g. Valid EU Citizenship long-term Residency Card or valid Refugee Status Card).
  • Experience: While previous experience in customer support or payment services is a plus it is not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated newcomers!
