Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented individual to fill an on-site Customer Support Specialist role in Lisbon Portugal. This position focuses on providing exceptional assistance to our French-speaking clientele. While training is comprehensive the ideal candidate must be prepared to start on the specified date and meet strict language requirements.
Core Responsibilities
Your main function will be to manage all customer interactionshandling inquiries and resolving issues communicated via phone email and live chatprimarily using the French language. You will need to rapidly acquire and utilize product knowledge to offer correct solutions ensuring all support cases are thoroughly documented. A key expectation is maintaining a consistently positive and professional service delivery.
Mandatory Candidate Criteria
- Language Skills: Near-native or fully fluent proficiency in both French and English is required (C1 level minimum for both languages).
- Commencement Date: Must be available to begin employment on January 8 2026.
- Work Authorisation: You must possess valid documentation to legally work in Portugal. Accepted documents include EU/EEA Citizenship a valid Residency Card (with at least one year of remaining validity) or a Refugee Card.
Working Hours and Conditions
This is a full-time position located at our facility in Lisbon. The work schedule operates on a 24-hour 7-day-a-week rotational basis which means shifts will vary and include both day and overnight hours. You will be assigned two consecutive rest days each week which will also rotate.
Compensation and Benefits Package
We offer a structured remuneration and benefits package:
- Salary: 900 Gross per month paid 14 times per year.
