Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with product-related questions order issues and technical concerns.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team for further resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear accurate and effective solutions.
- Record and document customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French (C2 level) with strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- No prior experience required open to entry-level candidates.
- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
