Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions order issues and technical concerns.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team for further resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear accurate and effective solutions.
  • Record and document customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French (C2 level) with strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • No prior experience required open to entry-level candidates.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
