- Booking & Planning: Research book and manage flights accommodations ground transport and activities for individuals or groups.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact via phone email and chat addressing queries and providing itinerary details.
- Coordination: Liaise with airlines hotels car rental agencies and other suppliers to confirm arrangements.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected travel issues (changes cancellations emergencies) promptly and effectively.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage travel documents tickets and expense reports.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client travel files and records.
- Budget & Policy: Ensure bookings comply with travel policies and manage expenses within budgets.
- Policy Development: Contribute to creating and updating travel policies and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal communication (written/verbal) and problem-solving skills.
Must be fluent in spoken English. - Organizational: Strong multitasking time management and attention to detail.
- Technical: Proficient with travel softwares and MS Office Suite.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with domestic/international travel routes regulations and destination specifics.
- Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected changes calmly.
