Job Summary


We are actively seeking a highly proficient Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated team in the vibrant city of Athens Greece. This is a fantastic chance to launch or advance your career in the international travel sector starting on January 23 2026.

The Core of the Role

Your primary responsibility will be serving as the vital communication link for our Dutch-speaking clientele. You will manage customer contact through various channelsphone email and chataddressing all aspects of their travel arrangements including making new reservations processing changes (amendments/cancellations) and swiftly resolving complex issues and complaints related to travel services. Accuracy is key requiring you to carefully document all interactions within the CRM system.

Key Requirements

The most critical qualifications are near-native fluency (C1 level) in both Dutch and English. While previous experience in a customer service environment especially within travel or tourism is welcomed it is not a mandatory prerequisite as comprehensive training will be provided. You must also hold the necessary documentation to legally work in Greece specifically EU/EEA citizenship or a valid Residence Card granting Full Market Access. You should be comfortable using standard computer applications and handling a high-volume dynamic workload.

Compensation and Work Structure

We offer a stable financial package including a gross monthly salary of 1500 supplemented by a meal allowance and robust private health insurance. The company is committed to fostering career advancement and will supply all necessary work equipment. The position requires full-time availability for rotating shifts across seven days a week (Monday to Sunday) covering operational hours between 08:00 AM and 00:00 AM (Midnight).
