Job Summary


Position Description

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Bilingual Support Specialist to manage customer interactions for our Italian clientele. This is a fully remote position allowing you the flexibility to work from your residence anywhere in Greece. You will be instrumental in upholding our brands reputation by providing outstanding accurate and timely support related to our products and services.

Your Primary Duties

As the primary point of contact for our Italian market your responsibilities include:

  • Customer Engagement: Efficiently manage customer contacts via phone email and instant messaging primarily utilizing fluent Italian. Secondary communication in professional English is also required.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot customer inquiries spanning topics like product information sales support order processing and delivery issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all customer communications strictly adhere to the companys internal quality metrics and external regulatory requirements for the industry.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all service requests resolutions and customer feedback into the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Work closely with specialized teams to quickly resolve complex issues that require input from other areas of the business.

Remuneration and Benefits

Work Logistics

  • Location: 100% remote work conducted from within Greece.
  • Schedule: Mandatory availability for rotational 8-hour shifts to ensure 24-hour service coverage 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday). This schedule includes morning evening and night shifts.
  • Commencement Date: January 8 2026

Essential Candidate Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Demonstrated superior fluency in Italian (written and verbal) and a strong functional command of English (at least B2 level).
  • Right to Work: Must legally be authorized to work remotely in Greece. Accepted documents are:

    • EU Citizenship.
    • A valid Residency Card (must be valid for over one year).
    • A valid Refugee Card.
  • Schedule Commitment: Full commitment to the 24/7 rotational shift pattern is non-negotiable.

Desirable Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Previous professional experience in customer service helpdesk or a high-volume contact center role.
  • Experience with various customer service technologies and remote work environments.
