About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team working remotely from anywhere within Greece. You will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers providing exceptional support and information regarding our tobacco products services and company policies. This is a vital role focused on maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts (via phone email and live chat) in Italian and English.
- Respond to customer inquiries resolve issues and provide accurate detailed information about our product range orders deliveries and promotions.
- Document all customer interactions feedback and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all company guidelines quality standards and regulatory requirements concerning tobacco product communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure complex issues are resolved efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Working Hours and Start Date

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent Italian (native or C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken communication.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (intermediate-high).
- Residency in Greece: Must be legally eligible to work remotely from Greece.
- Documentation: You must hold one of the following valid documents:
- A valid Residency Card (with more than one year remaining validity).
- EU Citizenship.
- A valid Refugee Card.
- Availability: Ability to work the specified rotative 24/7 shifts.
Good-to-Have Qualifications (But not essential):
- Prior experience in customer service call center or a support specialist role.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zendesk).
- Experience working in a remote environment.
