Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance to Dutch-speaking clients on cloud products and digital transformation solutions
Deliver consultative support via phone email and video calls
Assist customers with product setup optimization and troubleshooting
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cloud services and upgrades
Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Maintain accurate documentation and update CRM systems
Support onboarding and training activities for new customers

Requirements

Fluent Dutch (C1)
Fluent English (B2)
Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
Interest in cloud technology and digital solutions (previous experience is a plus but not required)
Problem-solving mindset and ability to think analytically
A team player with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
