Job Summary

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US and Europe.

We currently have a long term project with our Microsoft Gold Certified consulting client working on a client engagement as a Principal Solution Consultant - Q2C for a GPU-as-a-Service project. The resource could work either part-time hours or full-time hours.


Role: Principal Solution Consultant - Q2C for a GPU-as-a-Service

Type: Contract can be 40 hrs/week or less if a resource is only available on a part-time basis

# of Roles: 1

Duration: 12 months to start extensions

Location: Remote - Toronto ON

Rate: Open based on expectations as a C2C contractor

Q2C (Quote-to-Cash)

Seasoned in Building the Q2C process for GPU-as-a-Service client.

Experienced in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process for GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) adapts the standard sales cycle to the specific needs of cloud computing services from initial hardware configuration pricing to usage-based billing and revenue recognition.

Or

Seasoned in Q2C in IaaS

Seasoned inbuilding Q2C process for GPU-as-a-Service or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) which encompasses comprehensive end-to-end business process that manages the entire lifecycle of a deal from the initial customer inquiry and configuration of services to the final collection of payment and revenue recognition. It bridges the gap between sales and finance functions.

Scope

- discovery through interviews and existing documentation review

- internal/external goals/requirements success factors

- assess existing Q2C solution for completeness and gaps

- develop where necessary and document final E2E people process and tools solution for Q2C

Day 0 (QUOTE)

- offerings

- solutioning process

- SKU / BoM / order development process

Day 1 (TO)

- ordering process and requirements

- solution enablement (DCIM Network IPAM CMDB GPU design/deploy and procure to pay usage/billing engine)

- customer onboarding

Day 2 (CASH)

- support

- billing feed/source data & calculations

- invoicing / accounts receivable

Scope includes supporting tools for the above process: HubSpot CPQ (TBD) ERP & billing / bill presentation.
