About you:
10 years of experience in UX/digital product design with a strong understanding of the craft of design
Foundational understanding of digital retailand ad-techbusinesses
5 years of experience in people leadership withdemonstratedexperience in hiring leading and coaching high performing cross-geographyor remote teams. Experience managing teams of 15 or more a plus
