We Offer:
- The salary range is $40000 to $80000 which includes base salary commission and bonuses.

- You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)

- Build rapport with the property manager
- Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
- Educate on our services and book repairs
- Review sales routes prepare calls and perform minimal administrative tasks
- Strong rapport skills and persistence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales experience is preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Smart Phone
- Goal-oriented self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn
- Enjoys connecting with people and working in a team environment
- Preference for candidates with property or facilities management backgrounds
- No prior sales experience required we provide all training; however previous sales experience is a plus
- Professional caring and service-minded
- Ready to thrive in a metrics-based process-driven sales system
- Valid drivers license clean record and reliable transportation
- Territory Coverage Based out of West Orlando (Apopka Clermont Ocoee Winter Garden Windermere Celebration)
- Strong communication skills bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

- Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
