Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI exams while ensuring patient safety comfort and adherence to imaging protocols.
Responsibilities
Perform MRI exams per established protocols; position patients and coils for optimal imaging.
Educate patients and review MRI safety questionnaires.
Verify image quality and upload studies to PACS.
Complete documentation and patient tracking in RIS/IDX; assist with scheduling as needed.
Maintain MRI room cleanliness handle linens properly and ensure adequate supplies.
Follow MRI safety and infection control standards; report equipment issues promptly.
Requirements
Graduate of an AMA/ Radiologic Technology program.
NY State License in Diagnostic Radiology.
ARRT MRI certification.
BCLS certification.
Preferred: 2 years MRI experience.
