The Mechanical Engineer will be able to work under the supervision Mechanical Leader in the preparation of detail design and technical analysis.
Job Description
What you do:
- Create preliminary calculation and mechanical drawing for both project and tender
- execution Bill of Material of related part/component (core frame clamping platform) and detail lead exit.
- Perform and manage mechanical design via coordination of various activities such as create Bill of Material create analysis report for tank/material strength seismic calculation Finite Element Method (FEM) for some special projects and support production team to ensure production process run properly and meets requirements of the customer specifications.
- Apply engineering fundamentals to practical problem-solving involving design and production process.
- Occasionally contact outside suppliers and customer related to design activities.
- Comply with EHS directives participate in EHS program and proactively involve in improving EHS culture.
- Continuously do improvement to shorten the lead time of mechanical design process (create automation standardization).
- Have a good coordination with industrial team in support of achieving the product with no errors workers safety environmental concern and cost efficiency.
Requirments:
Currently pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in Electrical
Must be registered as a student until at least when start the internship.
Available for a minimum 6-month internship.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete projects successfully.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to take on challenging assignments with a passion for driving change.
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
