What impact youll make:
As a member of the Power DT Services O&M team you will be an active contributor to the architecting building and product management of core Power applications systems and infrastructure supporting the O&M business. The Power O&M team is responsible for supporting maintaining the operations and health of Powers managed services at customer power plants.
Job Description
What youll do
Architectthe technical vision and roadmap for DT O&M products and applications; ensure alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.
Managethe end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and development through rigorous testing deployment and continuous improvement.
Gatherand analyze customer feedback identify opportunities for technical product enhancement.
Definedetailed product requirements and technical specifications incorporating advanced technical insights and industry best practices.
Ensureproduct quality and performance through the implementation of automated testing monitoring tools and performance metrics.
Integratenew technologies and solutions into the existing IT ecosystem ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption.
Troubleshootcomplex technical issues working closely with engineering and support teams to resolve problems promptly.
Documenttechnical specifications project plans and post-implementation reviews to maintain a knowledge base for future projects.
What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent knowledge or experience.
Experience in IT infrastructure architecture
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components including networking servers storage and application stack services.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
