Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Hardware Support: Diagnosing and resolving faults with desktops laptops printers and interactive whiteboards (IWBs/projectors).
- Software Management: Installing configuring and updating operating systems and educational software across the school network.
- User Support: Providing first and second-line technical support to staff and students logging and escalating issues where necessary.
- Network Assistance: Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of network connectivity and user accounts.

- Essential Requirements: Proven experience in IT support strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills and excellent communication abilities.
