Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform aftermarket supportability and design-for-maintainability analyses on vehicle platforms.
Analyze systems using FMECA RCM and LORA to define maintenance strategies and lifecycle support plans.
Participate in design reviews to influence reliability maintainability and serviceability outcomes.
Develop operator maintenance and troubleshooting instructions and technical documentation.
Support design prototype pilot and production phases with technical expertise and reliability insights.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to plan execute and exceed program requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of reliability/maintainability experience in a heavy equipment industry
Understanding of vehicular systems and system integration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD tools
Ability to meet high-volume variable deadlines and work in a dynamic environment
