Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform aftermarket supportability and design-for-maintainability analyses on vehicle platforms.
- Analyze systems using FMECA RCM and LORA to define maintenance strategies and lifecycle support plans.
- Participate in design reviews to influence reliability maintainability and serviceability outcomes.
- Develop operator maintenance and troubleshooting instructions and technical documentation.
- Support design prototype pilot and production phases with technical expertise and reliability insights.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to plan execute and exceed program requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of reliability/maintainability experience in a heavy equipment industry
- Understanding of vehicular systems and system integration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD tools
- Ability to meet high-volume variable deadlines and work in a dynamic environment
