Job Title: Oracle Cloud Developer Location: Remote Contract Overview This position supports a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM transformation focused on the Hire-to-Retire (HTR) domain. The developer will join a specialized team responsible for resolving in-flight ESF integrations stabilizing end-to-end data flows and ensuring seamless processing as Clients US progresses toward its upcoming go-live. The role requires deep technical proficiency across Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) PL/SQL HCM configuration and extensibility tools.
Key Responsibilities Design enhance and maintain integrations within the Oracle HCM suite particularly for HTR business processes.
Conduct technical assessments solution design sessions and fit-gap evaluations to ensure system alignment with operational needs.
Develop advanced OIC integrations REST/SOAP service calls orchestration flows and error-handling logic.
Build BI Publisher reports analytics and data extracts to support both operational and compliance reporting needs.
Create and optimize Fast Formulas for payroll calculations eligibility rules and workforce automation.
Guide technical design reviews participate in cutover planning and support post-deployment stabilization.
Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and system integrators to ensure solution quality.
Support cross-platform integrations involving third-party HR payroll and identity systems.
Required Skills & Experience Extensive hands-on experience with
Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion) in the HTR lifecycle.
Strong background developing solutions using
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Proficiency in
PL/SQL report development and Oracle-delivered extensibility tools.
Experience configuring and supporting HCM modules and building custom objects.
Strong analytical communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is an advantage.
Prior involvement in large-scale global implementations or complex multi-entity environments.
