Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced RPA Architect with deep expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate (including Power Automate Desktop) to lead enterprise-wide automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural skills hands-on expertise in SAP automation API integrations and intelligent automation along with a solid understanding of end-to-end process design governance and delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

Architect design and oversee development of scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate Desktop.
Lead the complete automation lifecycle: discovery solution design development testing deployment and hypercare.
Automate complex business processes across SAP systems including GUI scripting BAPI integrations and IDoc processing.
Build and manage custom connectors actions and triggers within Power Automate to support complex workflows.
Integrate automation with APIs Oracle/SQL Server databases Citrix environments PDFs and legacy applications.
Utilize AI Builder OCR and image recognition for intelligent document processing and cognitive automation.
Apply and optimize UiPath RE Framework for robust reusable and modular automation architecture.
Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT ensuring high-quality delivery and stable deployment.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and enhance process efficiency.
Provide architectural governance code reviews and best-practice guidelines to development teams.
Prepare and maintain technical design documents solution architecture diagrams test cases and operational runbooks.

Must-Have Skills

8 years of RPA experience in an architectural or solution design role using UiPath and Power Automate Desktop.
Strong expertise in SAP automation (GUI scripting BAPI IDoc RFC integrations etc.).
Advanced proficiency in API integrations SQL/Oracle database automation and Citrix/PDF automation.
Hands-on experience implementing and governing UiPath RE Framework.
Ability to architect design and configure custom connectors and manage complex system integrations.
Strong understanding of workflow design principles exception handling strategies and logging mechanisms.
Proven experience in unit testing SIT/UAT support and hypercare.
Experience with AI Builder document understanding and image recognition technologies.
Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automation deployment best practices.
Experience mentoring teams performing code reviews and setting development standards.
Certifications in UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
