Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair commercial plumbing systems including pipes fixtures and water supply systems.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing installations.
Collaborate with contractors builders and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Keep accurate records of work performed including materials used and time spent on projects.

Qualifications:

Valid plumbing license.
Proven experience as a commercial plumber (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems tools and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
