Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Complete discipline estimates and work with other pre-construction team members to combine and complete bids and proposals.
Interact with internal and external SMEs.
Understand scope of work project drawings specifications 3D models and other related design documents.
Quantify the scope of work and related documents into workhours units costs.
Extract related information from industry construction software into usable information.
Understand and mitigate technical and commercial risks through clarifications exceptions etc.
Participate in constructability reviews.
Collaborate with Purchasing and Constructability resources to develop scopes of work pricing and proposals from others.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing or industrial construction project or estimation setting.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office estimating software and industry-specific tools.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

Must be flexible to travel and visit projects if needed.
Standard working hours from an office location.
