Job Summary

Role : React JS Lead
Location: Las Vegas NV Onsite (Can submit from nearby states)
Duration : Contract

We are looking for a hands-on React JS Lead who can drive UI development lead technical decisions and deliver high-performance front-end solutions for enterprise-grade applications. This is a leadership role with deep involvement in architecture development and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead development of modern scalable web applications using
Define front-end best practices performance standards reusable libraries and components
Collaborate with backend product and UX teams to shape end-to-end user experience
Own code quality reviews and technical delivery
Troubleshoot UI issues optimize application load/performance
Mentor a cross-functional engineering team

Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills
12 years of front-end engineering experience
need atleast 2 years of lead experience.
Strong proficiency in Hooks Redux Context API
Experience with TypeScript ES6 REST APIs JSON
Strong working knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 responsive UI UI state management

Bonus Skills
Knowledge of or
Experience integrating with Microservices
Familiarity with CI/CD Docker cloud deployment environments
