Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Safety Professional to lead and enhance safety performance across fabrication powder coating and assembly operations. This role ensures compliance with OSHA and EHS regulations while driving continuous improvement in workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities -
Develop implement and maintain safety programs ensuring worker safety and regulatory compliance.

Improve facility safety metrics through proactive monitoring and initiatives.

Process investigate and document all safety incidents with timely corrective actions.

Conduct safety orientations and ongoing employee safety training.
-
Perform regular inspections audits and evaluations for OSHA/EHS compliance.

Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for incidents and near-misses.

Administer training for equipment such as forklifts scissor lifts cranes powder coating tools and respirators.

Maintain accurate and updated safety and training records.
-
Oversee environmental compliance including waste handling air quality and chemical safety.

Collaborate closely with supervisors and leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
Qualifications -
OSHA 30-hour certification required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing safety (fabrication/powder coating/assembly preferred).

Strong knowledge of OSHA standards EHS best practices and industrial safety compliance.

Excellent communication and training abilities.

Ability to analyze safety data identify trends and implement improvements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
