We are looking for an experienced and talented individual to join us as a Guest Relations Manager. You should be able to work for our beauty hair and nail salon to provide our clients with the best and highest quality service possible.
As a Guest Relations Manager you will be responsible for managing the salon and overseeing all the operations involved. You will be also responsible for preparing employees schedules with appropriate tasks. You will be directly reporting to the Salon Owners on a regular basis.
To succeed in this position you should be providing high customer service to our clients. You should be also managing stock levels on a daily basis. Your ultimate goal will be to improve our client base in an efficient and effective manner.
You should possess extraordinary customer service skills and the ability to manage addition to this you should also have extraordinary communication skills. You will be answering all the queries and questions about the services provided by our salon.

- Offering high-quality services to clients such as hair washing facials waxing and salon services.
- Delegating tasks to the salon team members.
- Maintaining proper work schedules.
- Understanding the clients needs and recommending the necessary services.
- Answering questions about salon services provided to the client.
- Working in collaboration with Hair Stylists Beauticians and other team members.
- Resolving client complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining financial records and issuing payment receipts to clients.
- Keeping the salon clean and tidy at all times.
- Assisting in the hiring and training process.
- Adhering to all the salon health regulations.
- Preparing and maintaining retail sales and customer reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Working experience as a Guest Relations Manager or a similar position in the Retail or Beauty industry.
- A professional cosmetology license will be an advantage.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively.

- Ability to maintain a positive environment among the staff members.
