Our client is a multinational corporation in the building materials industry operating a manufacturing facility in Vietnam and seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

• Partner with the commercial team to craft technical design options and detailing solutions that align with project needs customer expectations and market requirements supporting successful specifications and business expansion.
  

• Deliver technical recommendations and design-related assistance to clients aiming to guide decision-making and secure both specifications and project orders.
  

• Assist the marketing team in developing high-quality technical literature and detailing resources for architects specifiers contractors and building owners.
  

• Contribute to compliance activities by detecting technical inconsistencies escalating issues to the Technical Lead/Manager and helping uphold procedures in line with internal and regulatory expectations.
  

• Coordinate with operations teams to collect insights from job sites reviewing the performance and application of both new and existing product lines.
  

• Support the technical department in reviewing and implementing technical components of broader business initiatives.
  

• Identify individual development needs and pursue relevant training to maintain ongoing improvement and growth in technical capability.
  

• Document and evaluate customer complaints claims or product-related concerns to determine root causes and recommend suitable technical actions.
  

• Enhance expertise in thermal fire acoustic and environmental performance technologies to effectively assist internal teams and external partners.
  

• Represent the technical function in internal meetings and when required in industry associations technical workshops or client sessions under senior technical guidance.
  

• Review technical data market observations and application trends to highlight risks new opportunities and areas for improvement in product performance within the local market.
  

• Ensure that all external technical documents drawings and communications meet professional standards and follow the companys compliance guidelines.
  

• Facilitate the execution of technical projects by supporting reporting coordination testing and documentation in accordance with best practices and leadership direction.
  

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Technical Lead or Manager.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in construction civil engineering or related field.
  

• Able to prepare and adjust construction drawings when required.
  

• 3 years experience in construction; knowledge of steel structures cladding standing seam roofing and specification work.
  

• Skilled in reading architectural/structural drawings and performing quantity take-offs for panel and roofing systems.
  

• Basic understanding of engineering load and system calculations.
  

• Proficient in CAD tools such as AutoCAD Rhinoceros SolidWorks or Revit.
  

• Strong overall knowledge of the construction industry and the application of panel/roofing systems.
  

• Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  

• Positive attitude with the ability to align technical support with commercial objectives.
  

• Good English communication and writing skills.
