Job Description
We are currently seeking a IT Procurement Specialist who will join Kering Technologies Procurement team as part of our dynamic team based in Paris.
Your opportunity
You will be responsible for Kering Tech portfolio through the development and implementation of procurement projects ensuring alignment with both the overall technology strategy and the procurement this role you will support Kering Technologies transformation and related initiatives by procuring technology services and goods in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
How you will contribute
- Defining relevant actions to pursue the strategy outlined on your categories ensuring consistency and compliance with the Kering Technologies Procurement framework and guidelines.
- Conducting projects (specification work sourcing negotiation contract roll-out) in close partnership with Kering Technologies stakeholders for your own projects worldwide.
- Executing competitive RFIs/RFPs and managing or supporting on supplier negotiations and selection in alignment with users/requestors and project teams as required.
- Actively supporting the Vendor Management Department with Local & Global suppliers to develop supplier relationship monitoring the performance and maximizing the perceived value of key vendors.
- Achieving economic and/or qualitative targets for each purchasing project monitoring and reporting achievements.
- Continuously maintaining current knowledge of sourcing markets and industry trends.
- Implementing best practices and benchmarks in Kering Technologies across regions by creating steering and continuously engaging the community of stakeholders.
Who you are
- You have a masters degree in Economics Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent with a Procurement specialty.
- You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role
- You have a proven ability to develop and deliver a strategic vision with a clear understanding of purchasing management and are experienced in best practices purchasing tools and techniques in a complex international environment.
- You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills with change management attitude.
- You have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent planning and project management abilities
- Fluent in French and English Italian is a plus.
