Job Summary
Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities internal events and communication campaigns to foster a positive work culture.
Support Learning & Development by coordinating training sessions workshops and preparing training materials.
Support HR Operations and data management ensuring accuracy in employee records and onboarding processes.
Assist in Office Facility Management ensuring the workplace is well-maintained safe and conducive to productivity.

Qualifications
Undergraduate students in Human Resources Psychology Political Science Social Sciences or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-minded attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to use creative tools (e.g. Canva Video Editing) for internal communications is a plus.
Highly organized able to multitask and pay attention to detail.
Good command of English both written and spoken.
Able to join the program for 4-6 months.
Must be able to provide an official Internship Letter (หนงสอสงตว) from your university.
