Job Summary

Mail:-

Printing Incharge manages daily print production overseeing machine operation (setup running maintenance) quality control workflow and staff supervision to meet deadlines ensuring color accuracy and adherence to safety/quality standards coordinating with other teams (prepress finishing design) and managing inventory requiring strong technical skills in printing tech problem-solving and leadership to turn digital designs into high-quality physical products efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management: Supervise daily printing activities manage schedules and ensure smooth workflow for on-time delivery.
** Equipment Operation & Maintenance**: Set up operate adjust and troubleshoot printing machines (digital offset etc.) performing routine maintenance and coordinating repairs.
** Quality Control**: Monitor print quality ensure color accuracy inspect materials and implement QC standards.
Team Leadership: Train mentor and manage printing staff assigning tasks scheduling and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
** Coordination**: Liaise with prepress design marketing and finishing teams for file readiness and project completion.
** Inventory & Materials**: Manage paper ink and supply inventory ensuring correct specifications are used.
** Reporting & Optimization**: Maintain production records analyze data for efficiency and implement process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience operating various printing presses.
Strong knowledge of printing processes color management and materials.
Excellent problem-solving troubleshooting and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with prepress software and digital workflows.
