We are seeking a skilled and experienced Developer / Sr. Developer - ETL to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a key contributor to our data infrastructure you will play a critical role in designing building and maintaining robust ETL processes that power our healthcare technology platforms. This position is central to transforming complex data into actionable insights supporting value-based care initiatives and driving operational efficiency across healthcare organizations. Your work will directly impact data accuracy system performance and the delivery of high-quality health outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Design develop test and maintain scalable ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with data architects modelers and cross-functional teams to align ETL solutions with data warehouse architecture and project objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement ETL workflows accordingly.
- Optimize ETL performance ensure data quality and maintain responsiveness across high-volume data environments.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for process improvement.
- Debug and resolve issues in queries data integration workflows and pipeline failures.
- Utilize source control systems (e.g. Azure DevOps TFS) for version management and collaborative development.
- Support the deployment and monitoring of ETL jobs in production environments.

- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in ETL development within enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in SSIS and Azure Synapse for data integration and pipeline orchestration.
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server databases including OLTP and OLAP systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL query design stored procedures and performance tuning.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and data pipeline management tools.
- Familiarity with source control platforms such as Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with unstructured and semi-structured datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills.
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of additional Azure services (e.g. Azure DevOps Azure Functions Logic Apps).
- Prior experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
