Job Summary

Source evaluate and select suppliers based on quality price and delivery terms

Negotiate contracts pricing and payment conditions

Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records

Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve delays or discrepancies

Maintain strong supplier relationships and update vendor database

Collaborate with finance logistics and project teams to support operational needs.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing within the design or furniture industry

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Solid understanding of procurement processes materials and supply chain workflows

Excellent communication organization and follow-up abilities
