Provide subject matter expertise on TSYS functionalities including card processing settlement and dispute management.

3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the payments or financial services domain.

Hands-on experience with TSYS platforms (Issuer or Acquirer solutions).

Strong understanding of card processing lifecycle transaction flows and settlement processes.

Proficiency in requirements gathering documentation and stakeholder management.

Familiarity with SQL data analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
