Job Summary
Our client a respected mid-size firm in Toronto is seeking a lawyer with 6 years of experience in litigating creditor-side collection enforcement and other remedies to join its high volume practice.
Experience acting for banks credit unions or private lender clients on debt recovery loan defaults PPSA issues and secured transactions is preferred. A candidate with strong transferable commercial litigation skills and an interest in specializing in this type of work will also be considered. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple files strong drafting negotiation and file management skills excellent judgment and strategic thinking and a client service orientation.
