業務内容
- グループ会社約5000名の給与計算業務月次給与臨時賞与特別退職金の3サイクルが毎月あります
- 支給控除のデータ登録計算結果のチェック作業月次レポートの出力
- 会計伝票データの作成
- 所得税住民税を始めとする法定関連業務
- 社員からの問い合わせ対応
- 地方自治体からの問い合わせ対応
- 外部ベンダーとの協力調整業務
- グローバルプロジェクトの参加
必要なスキル経験
- 給与業務源泉徴収義務者としての知識
- 社会保険関連の用語や要件の知識
- 目的に応じてExcel関数を駆使できる
- 英語リーディングライティングは必須社内コミュニケーションが取れるレベル
- チーム内外問わず自ら率先してコミュニケーションが取れる
- 変化の多いJ&Jにおいて臨機応変に対応できる柔軟性
- 問題提起や改善策の提案などポジションレベル所属部門を超えて発信できるコミュニケーション力
