POSITION OVERVIEW:

In charge of some HR functions to support HR department to achieve HR goals and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for daily attendance management and leave reports update.

负责公司考勤的管理和假期报告的更新

Responsible for the employees quit and new hire onboard arrangement.

负责安排员工的入离职手续

Department attendance recorders management

部门考勤员的管理

Responsible for the scanning and archiving of employees files.

负责安排员工档案的扫描和归档

Responsible for adding and delete name of commercial insurance.

负责商业保险增减员工作

HR Suppliers Management

人力资源供应商的管理

To deal with foreigners coming to China invitation letter

办理外国人来华邀请函

To deal with Certification Letters

办理证明信函

Responsible for the administrative support of HR department and the company as well as other activities.

负责对本部门和公司的行政支持以及其他活动安排

To complete other work assigned by the supervisor.

完成上级主管交办的其他工作

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

职位要求

Bachelor degree or above in related majors 相关专业本科以上学历

The work is careful seriously act with circumspection enthusiastic proactive 工作细致认真谨慎细心热情积极主动

Strong interpersonal communication coordination team consciousness is strong 具有较强的人际沟通协调能力团队意识强

Good presentation skills have a simple English oral and written skills 有良好的表达能力具备简单英语书面口语交流能力

Familiar with office software office automation equipment 熟练使用办公软件办公自动化设备
