Job Description
Financial Modelling and Valuation lead
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Financial Modelling and Valuation lead who will take full ownership of the companys financial operational and valuation modelling landscape.
In this role you will be responsible for developing the current financial model into a robust operational model that provides forward-looking insights and supports strategic decision-making across the organization. This includes building empirical evidence for assumptions running modelling scenarios and making in depth analyses support M&A activities and preparing for a future exit process.
This is a highly visible role reporting to our Head of Corporate Finance with significant interaction across business units finance corporate development senior management and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the groups valuation model/s
- Build empirical evidence for all assumptions and modelling logic
- Perform scenario analyses based on actuals budgets business plans market projections etc. with responsibility for analysing key drivers and explaining variances.
- Run complex scenarios analyse the results and provide strategic insight
- Provide support in M&A transactions
- Developliquidity forecasting model
- Prepare the model for future exit processes
- Partner across the organization
