We are now looking for a consultant for a Lead Engineering role for completing engineering-based power grid projects for a major customer in the energy sector.

Assignment
Develops communicates and executes operational plans for engineering based projects.
Prepares designs project controls specifications schedules and cost estimates.
Manages activities related to production transportation installation testing and commissioning of new infrastructure facilities or equipment.
Monitors project progress and performance addressing issues proactively to reduce delays.
Identifies secures and organizes the resources needed to complete the project.
May create engineering standards detailed work specifications project schedules budgets and forecasts.
Supports decisions on selecting materials equipment project team members and external contractors.
Applies advanced expertise gained through higher-level education and significant work experience.
Manages projects or processes with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision.
Provides coaching guidance and review of work performed by junior professionals.
Tackles challenging and occasionally complex problems requiring specialized judgment.

Candidate profile
Well documented (10 years) experience in relevant Engineering field
On a national level unique competence relevant to TCO qualifications and requirements for the assignment.
Other factors which can qualify is a post-graduate degree (Doctor degree) in a relevant area or other documented credentials.
Tasks and qualifications required extended beyond Senior and Principal Engineer.

Övrigt
Swedish is mandatory
Remote possible but needs to be at least in the office 3 day a week and needs to travel to sites of both customer in Sweden and suppliers abroad.
