Our multi-layered platform delivers both broadcast and targeted campaigns using data-driven insights redefining how brands reach on-the-go motorists.
The Role:
Were looking for a Campaign Delivery Executive to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering seamless media campaigns. Youll work closely with Sales Operations and Systems teams to plan schedule and monitor campaigns while optimising our media inventory. This is an ideal opportunity for someone organised proactive and eager to grow in a fast-paced innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan schedule and execute campaigns using Salesforce and Broadsign.
- Manage digital content deployment via Broadsign CMS.
- Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Support sales teams with inventory and system expertise.
- Record client bookings accurately and generate reports.
- Monitor campaigns using third-party verification tools to ensure quality delivery.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve campaign processes and systems.
Skills & Experience:
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong data-checking skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Proactive reliable and committed to excellence.
Soft Skills:
- Results-driven with a customer-first mindset.
- Analytical problem-solver.
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
- Self-motivated with an eye for process improvement.
