Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Surgical Tech you will help prepare the operating room and surgical team so they can successfully perform a variety of surgical procedures for patients.
Every day you will set up surgical equipment and instruments assist the surgical team and ensure a sterile environment. You will be expected to adapt quickly collaborate effectively within the OR team and contribute directly to the patients healing process.
To be successful in this role you must possess adaptability a strong team-player mindset and enthusiasm for supporting complex surgical procedures.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
- Contributes to efficient operation of the surgical suite and department.
- Maintains confidentiality of information in the surgical suite and department.
- Assists in delivering high quality care services in a professional compassionate and courteous manner with respecting the dignity and individuality of each person who comes in contact with the organization by following the Standards of Excellence Standards of Behavior and Conduct and Standards of Professional Appearance.
- Gives direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the RNs.
- Responsible for the care handling and processing of all of the equipment and instruments.
Sign-on Bonuses up to $20000 AND Education Assistance (student loan payoff) up to $24000 for eligible hires and positions

- Other Completed Facility On Site Competency Training Specific to Department within One Year of Employment and/or Completion of Formal Technical Program upon hire and
- High School Graduate General Studies and One year of OR endoscopy or hospital experience upon hire or
- High School GED General Studies and One year of OR endoscopy or hospital experience upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR upon hire
