Job Summary
Operational Excellence is responsible for identifying and executing against performance improvement opportunities enabling successful transformations across the enterprise and using contemporary process improvement techniques while building people capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities within the distribution network through data analysis process observation and organizational support.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address identified opportunities.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to analyze current processes identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop process improvements.
- Develop and maintain project plans track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on Lean and Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to distribution and logistics.
- Support the development and implementation of the overall OPEX strategy for the distribution network.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that implemented solutions are sustainable and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop standard work instructions and process documentation to support implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Data Analytics Business Supply Chain Management or similiar preferred
- 8 years of experience in Operations OPEX or Data Analytics preferred
- Preferred Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt PMP etc.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau Lucid SQL preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with statistical software preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Travel Expectations: Up to 50%
Anticipated salary range:$105100 - $150100
