Job Summary

Design and oversee the architecture of AS400 systems to ensure performance scalability and security.
Lead modernization initiativestransitioning legacy systems to more integrated or hybrid environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AS400 with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Establish best practices for development deployment and system support.
Conduct system analysis capacity planning and performance tuning.
