**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled B Level Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team at D.W. Campbell Tire & Auto Service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance with a solid understanding of vehicle systems. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform diagnostics repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models including but not limited to brakes alignments steering suspension and engines.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to effectively troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to provide accurate estimates and ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Document all repair and maintenance activities in the companys management system.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies tools and OEM specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs and repair options.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive training program is preferred.
- Minimum of Insert Number years of experience as an automotive technician with a focus on diagnostics and general repair.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems including electrical hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- ASE certification (or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools hand tools and shop equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Valid drivers license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
**Working Conditions:**
- The position requires occasional lifting and physical exertion.
- Work may be performed in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise fumes and varying temperatures.
