The Program
Neurodivergent individuals will play a disproportionate role in shaping the future of America and the West. They see past performative ideologies and perceive beauty in the world that still exists which technology and art can expose.
The current LLM tech landscape positions them to dominate. Pattern recognition. Non-linear thinking. Hyperfocus. The cognitive traits that make the neurodivergent different are precisely what make them exceptional in an AI-driven world.
Palantir is launching the Neurodivergent Fellowship as a recruitment pathway for exceptional neurodivergent talent. This is not a diversity initiative. We believe neurodivergent individuals will have a competitive advantage as elite builders of the next technological era and were hiring accordingly for all roles.
This program is designed for those who think differently and thats the point. Whether youre self-taught formally educated or somewhere in between were looking for builders who can see patterns others miss and solutions others overlook.
The Role
Youll join Palantir as a full-time employee to build software and deliver customer outcomes. Youll work on real problems: helping customers deploy AI-powered solutions building the software platforms of the future and transforming how organizations operate. Youll be held to the same performance standards as any Palantir engineer and your career progression will be based purely on merit and impact.
We move fast. We expect excellence. We dont require you to sit still.

Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $110000 - $200000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individuals relevant qualifications work experience skills and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
