Job Summary

Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business needs user stories and workflows related to elevator inspections audits and maintenance management.

Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for automation efficiency and improved user experience.

Develop clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs) functional specifications (FSDs) and process diagrams.

Participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives as part of an Agile development environment.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team ensuring clear understanding and alignment of requirements.

Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) feature prioritisation and feedback collection to ensure the final solution meets business goals.

Collaborate with the data analytics team to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights for clients.

Recommend enhancements to business processes and platform features based on user feedback and industry trends.

Qualifications :

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
ideally within enterprise level companies.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements user stories and
process flows.
Experience with business analysis tools such as Jira Confluence or similar.
Ability to facilitate workshops meetings and presentations with stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban).
Strong skills in creating BRDs FSDs and user guides.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

Experience working with platforms related to engineering consulting
construction or property management.
Familiarity with vertical transportation systems including elevators escalators
and moving walkways.
Experience with API integrations and data flow documentation.
UI/UX Experience.
