Job Summary
As a Server Engineer focusing on the AI-Driven Enterprise Platform you will play a critical role in developing and sustaining a robust high-scale backend for Wix Enterprise and Strategic Partnerships. This role demands deep technical expertise in building complex performant server systems and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies particularly AI (LLMs/NLP) to create innovative product-driving features. You will be hands-on in developing core services guiding product architecture and ensuring platform stability.
Qualifications :
Experience: 4 years of experience in backend development; 6 years is highly desirable for the full scope of responsibilities.
Backend Expertise: Proven expertise in building and sustaining powerful high-scale backend platforms and handling high-volume traffic.
AI/LLM Experience (Highly Valued): Experience in developing AI-driven products and working with LLMs and NLP technologies.
System Optimization: Strong track record in system performance optimization critical thinking and advanced problem-solving.
Mindset: A passionate eager-to-learn individual with a startup mentality comfortable with ambiguity and committed to achieving business goals.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
