Essential Job Functions
- Execute Junior and Senior High events and programs
- Cast the overall CCV & Students Ministry vision with parents and volunteers
- Provide pastoral care for families and coaches
- Recruit train and retain volunteers for all weekend areas and events
- Develop and maintain school campus involvement
- Following up withfirst timestudents
- Collect and report accurate weekly attendance according to established standards and deadlines
- Work with the team to plan and execute various church-wide events. These may include but are not limited to:
- Kick off events
- Easter
- Christmas Eve

Education and Experience
- 2 years minimum experience leading a ministry of youth and volunteers
- Degree in Youth Ministry preferred however training or proven experience in the field will be considered
- Athletic team experience is helpful
- Software and technology skillsisa bonus
