Job Summary
The Visa Leadership Associate (VLA) Program offers a unique leadership development experience that enables high potential early career talent to build the broad capabilities and necessary experience to pursue a career as a future commercial leader at Visa. Our world class programming will allow participants to build their network understand our business obtain a global mindset and acquire new skills on their journey to becoming the next generation of Visa leaders.
Through experiencing four six-month distinct rotational assignments across our business growth areas over the two-year program our VLA graduates will be able to hone their business acumen and gain industry knowledge while making a direct impact to Visas business.
Program Highlights
- Business Insight: Rotational assignments span key areas of Visas business (e.g. Business Development Consulting Interchange Marketing Product Risk Sales etc.)
- Training & Development: Curated training courses in varied learning formats will be offered to expand business and industry knowledge and develop professional and technical skills.
- Networking Opportunities: Meaningful exposure to Visa leaders and subject matter experts will enable VLA graduates to broaden their perspectives and think more strategically.
- Career Progression: VLA graduates will have diverse opportunities for career progression after program completion
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- Current university student graduating with a Bachelors or Masters degree between July 2025 and July 2026 able to start when the program commences in August 2026
- We welcome applications from Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. All candidates must have existing and continuing right to work in Singapore.
Preferred Qualifications:
- All majors are welcome to apply
- Strong leadership potential demonstrated through professional academic extra-curricular or volunteer experiences
- Professional maturity with a strong work ethic
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical/numerical abilities
- Intellectual curiosity with a keen appetite for learning
- Resourceful with proven problem-solving capabilities
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages is a plus
