Job Summary
As a Product Data Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the development and improvement of data-informed decision-making across our products. You will work closely with senior analysts developers and stakeholders to ensure we have high-quality actionable insights on systems supporting our games development.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in analytics within the gaming industry and grow within a supportive cross-disciplinary team towards a more responsible role closer to game data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analysts data engineers and product teams to define and refine telemetry needs for new and existing systems.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide clear relevant KPIs and product usage metrics.
- Support the design and validation of telemetry implementations to ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection.
- Conduct exploratory and targeted analyses to answer product-related business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in preparing reports and data presentations for various stakeholders across development design and production teams.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to validate hypothesis and assess outcomes against business metrics
- Take an active role to enhance data-informed recommendations
- Monitor key metrics identify business trends
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience working in a Product or Data analyst role;
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to execute optimized queries using multiple data sources;
- Practical experience (2 years) with BI tools such as Looker/Tableau/Power BI etc;
- Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing concepts including confidence intervals and hypothesis testing;
- Ability to work with a large amount of data create reports and recognise patterns;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective prioritisation.
- Self-motivation proactively going beyond the call of duty;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong interest in video games.
