Working student AI Program & Communication

As a Working Student AI Program & Communication youll be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of AI transformation. Your responsibilities will include:

Program Management Office (PMO) Support:

• Assist the AI program lead with planning tracking and reporting on AI projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and document action items.
• Support the alignment of different AI pillars and enablers ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
• Help monitor progress risks and dependencies within the AI program

Communication & Engagement:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies for AI topics.
• Create compelling content (blog posts videos flyers etc.) to inform and inspire colleagues about AI developments.
• Manage the AI content calendar and maintain the internal AI webpage.
• Moderate and grow the internal AI community channel.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both project management and communication while contributing to the growth of AI within the role is part of the CDO office of KPMG NL headed up by Alexandra van der Tuin and the role fulfillment is specifically allocated to the AI Country Lead and AI program FY26 plan activations for KPMG NL.
 

Qualifications :

• You are currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree (HBO/WO) in Communications Business Administration Innovation Management or a related field or have a compelling story why youre the right fit.
• You are structured organized and proactive.
• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch & English.
• You enjoy writing editing and visual content creation.
• You are interested in both project management and AI.
• Experience with project coordination graphic design or video editing is a plus.
• You are creative eager to learn and love to challenge the status quo.

Additional Information :

• Gross salary of 2560 per month variable performance based reward a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
