WHAT YOULL DO
As a Store Auditor you will provide peace of mind you support store teams to ensure the H&M Group is a place where employees and customers can feel safe. You educate and motivate store teams by following up on the compliance of safety & security policies and procedures. You are an ambassador for the Security Department.
You will:
- Ensure that the stores in your area receive the correct number of store audits based on their classification through a good planning.
- Make sure every store audit is completed in the proper way.
- Support the store management to achieve store audit expectations and action plan follow up where required with effective communication
- Inform the Area manager and Compliance Manager on the required actions after a store audit. Report the store audit using the company tools.
- Support the stores during the inventory to secure the accuracy of the count and data.
- Identify and inform security training needs to the Security Department.
- Support the security department in executing fraudulent investigations.
- Constantly support the Loss Prevention Strategy for reducing shrinkage.
- Support the stores with inventory preparation and conduct visits in priority stores.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
Store Auditor is part of Security Department and reports directly to Security Manager. You will also closely cooperate with Compliance Manager on matters related to country regulations and internal security routines. You will work alongside part-time auditors and support stores by sharing knowledge conducting audits and reinforcing routines. Additionally you will collaborate with Area Teams and engage with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of security standards.

- Deep knowledge about POS routines and procedures.

- Organized precise objective consistent and open-minded.
- Flexible in traveling within the country.
